• This is a retrofit instruction

• Anti slip valve is attached to left side of rear frame
• Before assembly remove loaders floor, base shield and all of the rear frame covers
• Wash the pump and space around it so you don’t contaminate the hydraulic system during the
assembly
• If you need you can remove all of the hoses from the bottom of the pump

• Attach the anti slip valve on it’s place before any of the hoses are tightened or attached
• Best way to attach and tighten the hoses are from the bottom of the loader
• If you work from the bottom you need to lift the loader up
• AND if you decide to lift the machine up you need to support it so it won’t drop down when
someone is under it

• In the picture hoses number 1 and
2 are removed when assembling 3

• Hose number 3 replaces hose
number 1 when assembling the kit
• Hose number 2 are replaced by
the Anti slip valve wich has new
hoses for it

• Simplyfied version of the Anti slip
valve kit when there are no other
hoses

• When the valve is on it’s place you can attach the loaders wire harness to it
• Also the joystick for the loader needs to be changed for a model wich has ”deadman” switch for
anti slip valve
• With the ”deadman” switch you can use the anti slip when needed

• Directions for joystick change
• Joystick is attached to valve with
articulated arms
• Remove the nuts wich tightens the
joystick to it’s place and then you can
remove the joystick and replace it with a
new one
• After the joystick is attached you can
connect the wire harness couplings

• When everything is attached and hoses are tightened you can take it a test drive to see if there is
any leaks
• If there are no leaks after test drive you can wash the machine again and attach removed parts
back to it
