Nervous system responses:
A change in the environment is picked up by the receptors
Information from receptor passes along cells coordinator to the central nervous
system as electrical impulses.
The brain coordinates the body’s response to the stimulus.
Effectors bring about a response such as glands secreting hormones or muscles
contracting.
The body responds to the stimulus.
The brain:
It is made of billions of interconnected parts with different sections that carry out
different functions.
