With reference to the guidelines issued by Education Ministry to open schools for the students of classes VII to IX from
01 September ’2021, you are informed that we are opening school from 1st September’2021. For this you are requested
to give consent that you are willing to send your ward to the school with your own wish. The consent form should be
submitted on 31st August’ 2021. You are invited to visit the school on 31st August’ 2021 between 9 A.M-10 A.M. as per
time slot to check the precautionary measures taken by the school according to SOP.

The school will not be held responsible if anyone is detected COVID-19 positive.

ANNEXURE-1
GUIDELINES FOR THE PARENTS
1. Provide written consent to the school that you are willing to send your ward
to attend the school.
2. Ensure your ward comes to school wearing mask carries a small bottle of
sanitizer and sensitize not to exchange it with others. Face mask may be of cloth
or disposable.
3. Send your ward in full sleeved school shirt/kameez and full pants/salwar.
4. Do not send your ward to school, if the child is not feeling well even in mild
sickness also.
5. Drop and pick your ward from the school as far as possible.
6. Clean and sanitize your ward’s uniform and other belongings daily.
7. Ensure that your ward maintains personal hygiene such as bathing, brushing
teeth properly twice a day and trimming of nails.
8. Provide two clean small napkins/clean cloth daily with your ward for wiping
hands.
9. Ask your ward to practice physical/social distancing all times once he/she
leaves home.
10. Give healthy food, fresh fruits in your ward’s lunch box and advise not to
share with others. Send a water bottle also.
