SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, resident of , of legal age, Filipino citizen, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and


CONSTITUTE to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and my
name, place and stead, to perform the following acts:

1. To represent me in the judicial or extra-judicial settlement of the estate


of my late parents;

2. To process, receive and sign any and all papers and documents or
pleadings related to and necessarily required for the perfection of the
above granted authority;

3. To appear before any agency, tribunal or trial court in relation to any


issue or matter relating to the properties subject of settlement
including the estate of the late;

4. To represent us in any administrative or legal proceeding/s to protect


our legal rights over the subject estates; and

5. To pay any monetary value necessary for the processing and


perfection of the above powers.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority to


execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power as I
may have so performed, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL, that she may do by
virtue hereof with full right of substitution of his person and revocation of this
instrument.
