Click on the label 'APPLICATION FOR KINDERGARTEN.(This form is best viewed in Google chrome).
Agree to the terms and conditions given.
Fillthe complete Application form carefully.
Nochanges in the details shall be entertained after submission.
Click on the submit button.
If you have failed in first attempt, then try again after a few minutes
You will get a username &password on your contact number which was mentionedwhile submitting
the form.
With this username and password, you can login into your personalized portal where you can get the
copy of filled up Application form.
Take the print out of the filled Application form (both the school copy as well as the student copy)
paste the recent passport size photograph of the child in the photo box. Put the signature in the
signature box provided in the form and submit the school copy inthe office between 02 Jan 2025 - 04
Jan 2025 along with the application fee of Rs. 1200/-(in cash).
Note:
1. This Application is NOT A GUARANTEE FOR ADMISSION.
2. Only those who apply online will be considered for admission.
3. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
4. As per CBSE norms 40students are allowed per section.
5 Name & D.0.B. of the child is same as mentioned in Aadhaar Card of the child, failing in which admission
willbe cancelled.
6. Name of both the parents on the birth certificate should be same as on their Aadhaar Card.
Requirements:
Aduly attestedcopy of Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation/ Nagar Nigam.
Copy of Scheduled Caste/Tribe Certificate for SC/ST child, if any.
Proof of address (Copy of Aadhaar Card/Driving License/ Passport/Ration Card etc. of the parent)
Two recent passport size photographs of the child.
A proper recent photograph of the entire family (parents and all the children) taken during last six
months only.
Copy of Aadhaar card of father and mother and the child.
Application fee of Rs.1200/
Age limit for Pre.KG:Should have completed 3years as on 1* April 2025. (Born between 01-04-2021 to
31-03-2022)
Age limit for LKG: Should have completed 4 years as on 1* April2025. (Born between 01-04-2020 to
31-03-2021)
Note: Bring 1 set of all the above mentioned documents along with schoolcopy of the printed
application form.

Permanent Education Number of the Child (from last school
attended)
Please make sure:
Name & D.O.B. of the child is same as mentioned in Aadhaar
Card of the child, failing in which admission will be cancelled.
Name of both the parents on the birth certificate should be
same as on their Aadhaar Card.
Contact the existing school of your ward for Permanent
Education Number and tell them to mark the child exit from
UDISE online data while taking TC.
Note:
Above details will be used in school records and no
changes in any case will be entertained later on.
Please adhere the above guidelines failing in which
admission of the child will be cancelled at instant.
Admissions will only be taken if there is vacancy in
the class.
