16. Test, Trial and Acceptance Complied

a. Acceptance of Installation Materials.


After signing the contract, bidder may supply the installation
items/material along with list as mentioned in the contact CINS will
inspect the item in coordination with user representatives and may
allow the bidder to start the installation works such as construction of
cable laying control room setup etc. But the acceptance shall be given
after test and trial of the complete system. of the item.

b. Test and Trial


System test/ trial shall be completed within the delivery period
mentioned in the contract. A standard test procedure shall be
developed by the bidder consultation with user and test report shall be
submitted to CINS with a copy to DSACA (NHO).

c. Final acceptance
Final acceptance shall be given by CINS after satisfactory test/ trial of
the complete system by user.

17. Warranty Complied

a. Warranty should be given for 12 months from the date final


acceptance of acceptance of the items after If any defect discrepancy of
any item arises within the period of warranty, the specific period from
the date of notification to the supplier up to the date of rectification of
defect/resolve of discrepancy will have to be extended from the
warranty period for the particular items(x) Warranty Certificate from
the principal should be provided to buyer.

b. For warranty repair/replacement, the supplier will collect the


defective item from NSD. Chattogram/NSSD Dhaka (as applicable) and
resupply the same to collecting place after warranty repair or purchaser
BN for replacement within 90 (Ninety) days from the date of defect at
no cost to the purchase/BN.

C. The warranty services shall also include the followings:

(1) To ensure necessary trouble shooting as and when required.


(2) To provide technical support assistance (on call/online/ on-site) as
required
18. Guarantee of Supply of The supplier is to give guarantee for Complied

the offered item for at least 05 (five)
years from the delivery of the item at
a reasonable price.

29. Compliance Statement A compliance statement fulfilling all Complied
