Resignation Acceptance Letter

This has reference to your resignation from the services of L&T Technology Services, it is with
regret that we accept the same and your Last Working Date has been mutually agreed.

Date of Resignation: 10/08/2024


Last Working Date: 10/09/2024

A provisional statement of Final Settlement can be downloaded/viewed in SSC portal. This will
state pending dues to you / payable by you based on the clearances received from various
stakeholders, your full and final settlement will be done as per Company’s process, post which,
you will be issued the Relieving & Service Certificate.

We hereby remind you of your obligations agreed under the Employment Contract/Offer Letter,
Code of Conduct executed on the date of joining and Exit NDA executed on the date of separation
of your employment related to confidential information, non-competition and non-solicitation of
customers, suppliers and employees which shall continue to apply even after cessation of your
employment with us. You are also reminded that you are bound by the LTTS Code of Conduct
agreed during your tenure of service and if any discrepancy or violation of the Code is discovered
post your exit, LTTS reserves the right to take appropriate action as deemed fit.
