AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP

I, CARLITO RUZOL, of legal age, married to Pricila Gloria Ruzol, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy.
Maligaya Gen. Nakar, Quezon hereby depose and say;

1. That I am the legitimate owner of the said Real Property situated at Brgy. Maligaya Gen.
Nakar, Quezon, and more particularly described as follows;
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY
LOT 4702,CAD-1357-D
Bounded on the NW. along line 1-2 by ; on the SE. along line 2-3 by Pacific Ocean; on the SW. along lines
3-4 by Lot 4703,Cad-1357-D; on the NW. along line 4-5-6 by Prov. Road; containing an area of SEVEN
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY(7,420) SQUARE METERS MORE OR LESS.

2. That I personally took the ownership of the property from the date of purchase, and we
have remained in continuous open, peaceful, and notorious possession of the property
since that date.
3. That I have no knowledge of any facts which would indicate that my title or possession
of the subject property would be called question or dispute.
4. That the land has no claim or action has been through before me which questions my
title or rights to possession of the property and to my knowledge, and no legal actions
pending against me.
5. I executed this affidavit to attest the truth on the foregoing to affirm and confirm that we
are the rightful owner of the said property.
