Welcome to Nashville Electric Service. We are pleased to have you as a customer. Below you will find
important and useful information regarding your new account.

Once activated, you can manage your account online at https://www.nespower.com/. Create a My
Account profile to view your account balance, report a power outage, and register for E-bill and NES
Text. To make paying your bill easier, set your account up on AutoPay. Click on Make a Payment, then
select the autopay option from the customer portal page.

Bills are due upon receipt. The last date payment can be received will be clearly indicated on your bill,
after which a late fee not exceeding five percent of the current balance will be incurred. The late penalty
will be assessed no sooner than 15 days after the billing date for residential customers, or 10 days for
commercial customers. Your billing period will be between 28 and 34 days under normal conditions.

This letter serves as your service agreement. Upon receipt of service, you agree to comply with NES rules and
regulations, and to pay for all services consumed when bills are issued. Any expenses incurred as a result of default
become the liability of the customer. By providing NES with your phone number, you give consent for NES or any
agency acting on our behalf to contact you for the purpose of collecting outstanding debts.
