law hereby deposes and says:

1. That I am the representative of RINGO A. TEVES lawful owner of one (1) parcel of land
covered by TCT No. 060-2019007512 situated at San Antonio South Brgy. Langkiwa,
City of Biñan, Laguna;
2. That they have not introduced any improvement or whatsoever in the said parcel of land;
3. That this affidavit is being executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and
for all legal intents and purposes it may serve;
4. Further I sayeth naught.
