fully automation located in Dang District of Lumbini Province.
The plant has the installed capacity for clinker production of 1.3
MTPA in a year and 1.2 MTPA of Cement.

Disaster Risk Reduction and management

Chaudhary Foundation has a dedicated disaster response team to provide
immediate relief following natural disasters. We are providing long-term
humanitarian response to the communities most affected. For any natural
disaster, the response and relief team mobilize and provides on-the-ground
support to coordinate disaster management to those in need. The goal is to
reach the location, provide relief materials and do the assessment within 24
hours of the disaster.

After 2015 earthquake assessments and visits to communities across several

districts, village Giranchaur, Melamchi–12, Sindhupalchok, was identified
as the model village. The earthquake entirely destroyed Giranchaur,
therefore we supported the community to construct 62 houses divided into
3 clusters. Aside from housing, various other initiatives were added to build
a more sustainable and healthier community. We also established digital
classrooms in Giranchaur’s Shree Mahakali Secondary School which gives
children access to modern technology and innovative multimedia learning
tools.
