Scene 1: School Hallway/Corridor – Night
The hallway is dark, but there’s flickering light (or basta naa japon suga pero creepy, it’s just
enough to keep you from tripping but not enough to know what’s really ahead of you).
Gabriella is hugging her books while anxiously walking. You can hear her shaking or uneven
breathing. A form suddenly touches her.
GABRIELLA
Screams!
Dr. Ibanez was laughing behind her.
GABRIELLA
(shock)
Jusko, Sir, ikaw ra man diay na! Giatay ka, mura kog mamatay na sa kahadlok.
Gabriella clutches her chest, then realized the language she used.
GABRIELLA
Ay, sorry for the language, Sir—
DR. IBANEZ
(laughs)
It’s fine, Gabriella. My bad too kay gipakuratan tayka. But you seem anxious, may I walk you
to wherever you plan to go?
Gabriella smiled.
GABRIELLA
Sige, Sir… medyo hadlok bitaw diri.
They continued walking. Compared earlier, Gabriella is no longer anxious. She trusts this man.
DR. IBANEZ
Why are you here by the way at this hour? It’s (looks at his watch) 8 already. Let me
guess, work in you org?
Gabriella smiles and nods.

DR. IBANEZ

Gabriella looks at Dr. Ibanez with confusion in her eyes, but later sighed and nodded.
GABRIELLA

Dr. Ibanez was looking at Gabriella, but also glance at the front and then his gaze remained
there.
DR. IBANEZ

Gabriella also looked at the front and saw Miguel, leaning at a wall while using his phone.
GABRIELLA
Dili, Sir, friend nako na. Diri nako. Thanks for accompanying me.
Gabriella and Dr. Ibanez shared a smile before Gabriella walked to Miguel, but within seconds
Dr. Ibanez called her name.
DR. IBANEZ
Always do the right thing, Gabriella. If that boy can’t accept no, shove it to his throat.
GABRIELLA
(nodded)
Will take that advice. Thank you!
Gabriella then went to Miguel, who was eying Dr. Ibanez. He only averted his eye when
Gabriella got near to him.
MIGUEL
Dili naman nimo s’ya prof diba, magkauban lagi mo?
GABRIELLA
Nagkita rami sa hallway. Tala na.
MIGUEL
Do you have a problem? I don’t know why but whenever you have a problem you go to him.
GABRIELLA
(shrugs)
Gitabangan n’ya ko sa una when he doesn’t really have to. So I don’t see why I shouldn’t seek
his advice when roads get bumpy. Tala naaaa gigutom nako.
MIGUEL
You can trust me you know.
GABRIELLA
(smiles teasingly)

They walked while Gabriella’s arm is linked with Miguel’s.
Voiceover (Gabriella): Nakabasa kog quote somewhere and it said: It is never wrong to do the
right thing. I’ve always believed in that. Ever since I could remember, I’ve always adhered to
righteousness and it lead me to great paths. I graduated with flying colors in elementary, junior
high school, and senior high school all while being a student-leader and an active member of
different organizations. And now in college, I’m also walking the same path. I’m currently a __
college student and a consistent lister while serving _______ (name of organization).
(while doing voiceover, show pictures of her achievements)
Voiceover: I wouldn’t be able to achieve all this without my parents, and all the right choices I
made. So yes, we could never go wrong with the right choices we wholeheartedly choose.
Scene 2: Lawn (or anywhere nga tambayan sa friends) – Morning
Gabriella is with her friends.
Friend 1
Wala kay plano mag-influencer, Gab? Daghan na kaayo kag followers sa IG? Meghed.
Friend 2
For real. Mosikat gyud ka dayon, et, kay interesting kaayo imong life. A college student nga
lister at the same time member sa kung unsa-unsa nga org dayon gwapa and fresh japon.
Grabe na jud!
GABRIELLA
Ayaw ba, mag-blush gani ko.
Friend 3:
(looks behind at Gabriella)
Ayaw sa, kay kani ang magpa-blush nimo…
Gabriella turned and the smile she was wearing turned into a fake one while looking at the guy
coming to her. He is Josh, her suitor who couldn’t accept no. And this time he’s holding a flower
(or anything that seems sweet or romantic), walking towards her. Her friends are giddy, teasing
her with him. She wasn’t pleased though.
JOSH
Hi, Gab.
GABRIELLA
Hi, Josh, what are you doing here—
JOSH
Gabriella (says her full name) ever since nahimo kang respondent sa among research, you
already captivated my heart. Will you be my girlfriend?
GABRIELLA
I’m sorry, Josh. Wala nagbag-o akong answer ana. I hope you understand. Having a boyfriend
while still busy in college doesn’t feel right—

(very angry)

Josh walks out. Gabriella was left there astounded. Her friends tried to ask her how was she,
comforting her. She managed to smile and reassure them.
Scene 3: Her room – afternoon
Gabriella just got to her room when her phone buzzed. She took it, and there were messages.
Text message: Welcome home my beautiful angels. Your legs look sexy with your skirt/short.
Gabriella was weirded out. But since then, she keeps getting creepy messages.

Scene 4: any place nga pwede mag-hangout – daytime
Gabriella was sitting anxiously. She’s wearing a jacket and pants. She’s all covered up. She was
waiting for Miguel. When she saw him, she felt a little relieved.
MIGUEL
Na-unsa ka, Gab? You don’t look okay…
GABRIELLA
Miguel, I think someone hacked my phone.
MIGUEL
(shocked, worried)
Ha?
GABRIELLA
Since last week sige nako og kadawat og messages (shows him the messages). Dili lang s’ya
basta bastos, but it’s so weird kay murag kakita s’ya nako wherever I go. Sa classrooms, sa
bh/balay, og bisag sa kwarto nako. This is not just stalking, Miguel. I feel like naa s’ya access
sa akong camera!
MIGUEL
(medyo suko na pod)
His last text said nga dili nimo dapat ni i-ingon nako kay magmahay ka sa consequence.
GABRIELLA
(medyo kaiyakon)
Dili na nako kaya, Miguel. Tabangi ko…
MIGUEL
(nodded)
Sakto pod imo gibuhat, Gab. Whoever this guy is, ayaw paminaw n’ya. Predators can’t be
trusted. Don’t worry, ako na bahala ani. Everything will be okay.
He hugged Gabriella, then afterwards gave her a water bottle.
MIGUEL
Try to calm down. I’ll do everything I can to track whoever this bastard is. Ikaw sa gamit sa
akong phone, while I work with yours.
GABRIELLA
Thank you, Miguel.
Miguel smiled before ruffling Gabriella’s hair then going away. As Gabriella was fixing her hair,
her friend suddenly came.

Gabriella smiled.

Gabriella was confused.
GABRIELLA

Gabriella was horrified.

(anxious)
Ang nakabutang dira kay posted 3 minutes ago. Gi-unsa nako na pag-post kung wala na nako
akong phone anang orasa?
Gabriella looked at her surrounding, panicking. Remembering the last text messge…
(mo-flash ang text message, murag flashback)
Text message: You look more beautiful when helpless and scared sweetie… but don’t you dare
ask for your friend’s help. You’ll regret the consequence.
While Gabriella was looking around, her friend quite weirded but worried about her, she saw
Josh. He was with his friends, talking and laughing. She suddenly remembered what he said a
week ago.
(medyo faint lang ang voice ani)
Tan-awon natog di ka magmahay anang sakto nga imong gi-ingon! Timan-i na, Gabriella!
Ever since nahimo kang respondent sa among research…
Gabriella suddenly had a realization then angered simmered. She stood up and walk towards
Josh. She then physically attacked Josh. People were shocked, but when they realized what was
happening they pulled Gabriella away from Josh.
JOSH
What the fuck, Gab?
GABRIELLA
No, fuck you, Josh! How could you do this to me?! Dili lang man diay ka gahi og ulo manyakis
sab kang daku! Grabeha pod kaayo nimo, oy, porket dili ko nimo makuha sa sakto, dili na
dayon maayo imong buhaton. Sakto ra jud nga tayka gisugot. Luod kaayo ka!
JOSH
Ha?! Gi-unsa man diay tayka?! Nabuang naman guro ka, Gab!
GABRIELLA
(more angered, tried to get away from anyone’s hold)
Don’t deny it! You’re the one sending me creepy messages and the one who posted that
picture! You hacked my phone!
JOSH
Pataka ra man ka! Yes, I was devastated that you humiliated and dumped me, pero dili nako
i-ubos akong kaugalingon para nimo! Kinsa man ka!
GABRIELLA
LIAR!
Gabriella was able to get out of hold, and she poured the water in the water bottle that she’s
holding to Josh. Everyone was shocked. Dr. Ibanez appeared.
DR. IBANEZ
What’s happening here?
No one dared to speak. Dr. Ibanez looked at the crowd that had started to form earlier.
DR. IBANEZ
Wala ba moy mga klase?
Just like that, the crowd was dispersed and everyone walk like nothing happened. Josh and
Gabriella were looking at each other, both seething with anger.
DR. IBANEZ
Mister, I believe it’s best if you change your cloth as soon as possible so you won’t catch cold.
(turned to Gabriella) Come with me, Gabriella, I was just looking for you. Good thing you’re
here.
Dr. Ibanez guided Gabriella away from the scene. Gabriella just let him. Before they could go,
Josh shouted.
JOSH
Kung unsa ma ng nahitabo nimo, you deserve it! This is where the right thing lead you… to
chaos!
Gabriella was affected by that statement, but she continued to walk.
