一. 系统拓扑 System Topology

会。自 2018 年以来,快速发展的中国储能市场正在创造与日俱增的设备采购需求和项目开发机会。紧跟这一市场趋
势,锦鸿万创也积极开发新的储能产品应用于储能市场,包括交流耦合逆变器、单相储能逆变器和三相储能逆变器。本文
重点介绍了单相储能逆变器 5kW 户用储能系统方案设计。
As an emerging market, energy storage has brought transformation opportunities for
Chinese inverter manufacturers and battery manufacturers to expand new business and
change the status of the original business industry. Since 2018, the rapidly growing
energy storage market in China is creating increasing equipment procurement needs and
project development opportunities. Following this market trend, Jinhong wanchuang is
also actively developing new energy storage products for the energy storage market,
including AC coupled inverters, single-phase energy storage inverters and three-phase
energy storage inverters. Below mainly introduces the design of single-phase energy
storage inverter 5kW household energy storage system.

三. 户用储能系统结构包括:光伏组件、储能电池、储能逆变器、并网及计量设备、公共电网、家庭负载及重要负载等。PV 能量优先满足重
要负载用电,其次给电池充电,最后流向家庭负载,多余再流向电网。

The structure of household energy storage system includes: photovoltaic module,


energy storage battery, energy storage inverter, grid-connected and metering
equipment, public power grid, household load and important load, etc. PV energy is
used first to meet the needs of important loads, then to charge the batteries, and
finally to household loads, and then to the grid.

四. 工作原理 Operating principle


五. (1)上午,光照充足 PV 能量先供给负载,家庭负载最大程度消耗光伏发电量,剩余电量将由蓄电池储存;光照不足,电池补充电能给
负载。

In the morning, sufficient PV energy will be provided to the load first, and the
household load will consume the photovoltaic power generation to the maximum
extent, and the remaining power will be stored by the battery. The light is
insufficient, and the battery replenishes the load with electricity.

六. (2)下午,在满足家庭负载消耗及蓄电池充满后,剩余电量将馈送到电网。
In the afternoon, after meeting the household load consumption and full battery,
the remaining power will be fed to the grid.

 (1)组件
 Component

选取 300Wp 晶硅组件 18 块,9 块/串*2 并联接入 1 台 5kW 并离网一体机逆变器(单相),逆变器输


出 220V 电压,50Hz 的正弦波交流电,通过并网计量箱与电网实现并网。

 (2)电池 Battery
根据下表分析得出家庭一天常用的总负载为:10.064KW,电池选用规格为:12V、200Ah 的蓄电
池 12pcs,采用 4 串 3 并的方式通过直流 DC 开关接入 5KW 并离网一体机逆变器,电池总容量:
28.8KWh,考虑蓄电池的放电深度(DOD=70%),电池转化效率 94%,实际可使用的容量为:
18.95KWh,可维持家庭用电 1.9 天。

备注:①、空调日耗电量与环境温度、设定温度有关;
②、冰箱日耗电量与储存食物的多少、箱内控制温度的高低、开门次数多少、时间长短而变化。
Remark: ① Daily power consumption of air conditioner is related to ambient
temperature and set temperature

② Daily electricity consumption of the refrigerator varies with the amount of food
stored, the temperature controlled in the refrigerator, the number of times the refrigerator
opens, and the length of time varies.

 (3)逆变器 Inverter
单台功率 5KW 并离网一体机逆变器 5KW。
