M / Employment Contract

First Party: ALMOBHER Company and its representative Mr. MOHAMMED ABED
NAZAR SURAIFI.....................................

Second Party Mrs. TUQA DHEYAA ABBAS ALANI …….

Both parties acknowledged their legal importance to act and contract and agreed on
the following:

First: The second party is obligated under this contract to work for the first party as a
representative of the company, provided that the first thirty days are a probationary
period, and if it is proven during this period that the second party is not suitable to
work for the first party, the employment relationship will expire and the contract will
be terminated without the need for prior notice and without reward or
compensation, and the second party has no right in this case to object to the
decision of the first party in this regard.

Second: The duration of this contract is one year starting from the date the second
party begins work and can be renewed for another period according to the
agreement between the two parties after the expiration of the specified period for
this contract.

Third: The second party's wages are determined in return for performing the work
assigned to him by the first party with a monthly salary ranging from (€1500 to
€2500) with monthly incentives ranging from (€500 to €1000) and the salary and
monthly incentives for the first party are determined according to achieving the goal
assigned to him by the second party.

Fourth: The second party is committed to performing the work assigned to him by
the first party according to his direction and supervision, and to exert maximum
effort in performing it and to comply with the second party's exclusive orders to
implement the agreed upon work, and to take care of the work tools placed at his
disposal and to preserve them and take the necessary measures to preserve and
protect them. And to keep the work secrets that were identified and viewed after
receiving the work.

Fifth: The second party may not work for others with or without pay, except with the
approval of the first party.

Sixth: The first party has the right to dismiss the second party without prior notice or
compensation, if he commits any mistake that leads to a serious financial loss, or if
he does not comply with the instructions issued to him, or if he does not perform his
essential obligations or if he discloses any of the work secrets, or if he is absent from
work for ten consecutive days or twenty intermittent days within 6 months without a
legitimate reason, or because he is sentenced to any of the dishonorable cases.

Sixth: In the event of termination of the work of the second party, he undertakes to
hand over to the first party everything in his possession immediately upon the end of
his service.
