I'm going to tell you about Banksy's famous work, Girl with Balloon

Banksy, whose identity is unknown, is a street artist born in Bristol,

England, around 1974. He is best known for his provocative stencil work in
the late 1990s.

Banksy's face has never been revealed but his works were shown to the
general public in the early 2000s, thanks to his daring and provocative art.

‘Girl with Balloon’ is Banksy's best-known work of art.

It is a stencil on a wall in the South Bank district of London. Next to the

little girl is a message written in chalk: ‘There is always hope’. A
reproduction of this stencil was put up for auction in 2018.

When it had just sold for more than a million euros, Banksy triggered an
unclipping mechanism.

The work came out shredded, and the artist renamed it ‘Love is in the Bin’.

This work depicts the black silhouette of a little girl using the stencil,
reaching out towards a balloon in the shape of a heart that is taking off.
