Stock closing above 21 ema
Supertrend turning positive
Supertrend + Ema will filter
out Bearish stocks RS will filter
out low momentum stocks

So stick to selecting stocks that are outperforming where RS line is Postive

21>50>200 ema
Signifies Strong Uptrend
Moving Averages plot the Avgprice which will help
us identify the overall trend
These Avgs give Dynamic Support to price and
hence price bounces off these emas

Whenever 21 ema is sloping downwards its called dowtrend
Whenever 21 ema is sideways its called consolidation
Buy in uptrend
Sell in downtrend
Why Supertrend ?
Unlike moving averages or oscillators, Supertrend stays
close to price actionand reacts quickly to trend changes.
It filters out minor fluctuations, helping avoid false signals.

The Supertrend line acts as a trailing stop-loss.


In an uptrend, the Supertrend line supports price.
In a downtrend, it acts as resistance
Supertrend uses the
Average True Range (ATR)
which measures volatility.
When the market is volatile, the indicator widens to avoid whipsaws.
In low volatility, it stays close to price, keeping stops tighter.
Using above 3 combo we can filter out stocks
Remember this is not holy grail strategy
You need to look at volumes , base
formation , market trend , market
breadth before entering the trades !
