Slide 01:
Assalam O Alaikum everyone! Today me and my group stand before you to
address a significant issue prevalent in our environment, you guessed it right river
pollution. River Pollution is a growing issue that needs urgent action. So, today our
organization River Rangers will brief you about the issue and then introduce you to
an innovative model.
Slide 02:
River Pollution is triggered by several reasons some of which are agricultural
runoff, industrial discharge, urban sewage, etc. Due to this problem, aquatic life is
endangered and it is causing contamination of drinking water. It also leads to
economic displacement and disruption.
Slide 03:
Now, let's discuss our solution. Our solution is a combination of physical, chemical,
and biological filtration. It uses sensors to track water quality in real-time. Our
model also involves local communities, and maintenance and problem education
which is a major step in Pakistan’s history.
Slide 04:
You must be thinking that how does our model function? IT has 4 major
components which are intake, filtration, purification, and release. These
components are self-explanatory and do not require further understanding.
Slide 05:
Our model is a combination of thorough analysis and scientific research. Our idea
is 50% cost effective, and accelerates ecosystem recovery by 20%. Also, our plan
is proven to be 90% effective in pollutant removal.
Slide 06:
We will seek help from the present government for funding and require advocacy
and technical assistance from various NGOs. Industries also play a crucial role in
this matter. Furthermore, local communities are most welcome to help and assist in
plan initiation.
Slide 07:
Everyone has an important role in making this plan successful. The advocate
championed the project and raised awareness. The communicator disseminated
information and enhanced dialogue. The creative thinker developed unique
strategies, ideas and designs. The researcher gathered up data and analyzed
findings. The organizer managed project deadlines and resources. The logistics
coordinator coordinated transportation and procurement.
Slide 08:
Before this approach we have solved many river pollution cases and are
recognized worldwide. Some examples are cleaning up of Yangtze River in China,
The Ganges River in India and The Thames River in UK.
Slide 09:
How can you get involved? Donating, volunteering, educating and advocating are all
part of helping and saving the world from river pollution.
Slide 10:
So, let's work together for a cleaner future. We will answer your questions and
queries now, so do not hesitate to ask.. Next steps involve securing funding and
piloting the model.
