Second Treasury Package: UCC-3 & Funding Our UCC Contract Trust Account with our Birth
Certificate Bond - In this section, you will fill out the templates for a Verified Actual Constructive
Notice, International Bill of Exchange for $200 Billion, Lawful Order for Money for $200B, Clear
Copy Birth Certificate, AFV Birth Certificate, and Chargeback Birth Certificate which are to be
placed on a UCC-3 amendment Filing as “Adding Collateral”. Doing this will “Register” these
instruments and add them on to your Initial UCC-1 Filing. Also Don’t forget to list Document
NAMES & NUMBERS of those templates on the UCC 3 As well. Then mail the certified copy UCC-3

N. Master Discharge and Indemnity Bond - This security instrument is your master
bond which is collateralized by your birth certificate and / or naturalized certificate
that goes on deposit into you post registered deposit account. The Amount should

Real Certificate from Office Max and Print it on that to look more crisp and
professional (Not Mandatory though).
