“RESOLUTION APPOINTING MS. FRANCIS C. ARATAN AS PERSONS WITH DISABILITY
PRESIDENT OF BARANGAY PINANA-AN, LAS NIEVES, AGUSAN DEL NORTE.”

WHEREAS, The President of the Persons with Disability organization in Pinana-an resigned
because he has been appointed as a PDAO officer in the municipality of Las Nieves.

WHEREAS, Francis Aratan was elected as the President of PWD Pinana-an during the 2nd
monthly PWD meeting in 2025.

NOW THEREFORE, upon the motion of Hon. Eugenia G. Rosales and duly seconded
by Hon. Liza Gorgonio, be it;
RESOLVED, to appoint FRANCIS C. ARATAN as president of the Person with Disability
of Baranggay Pinana-an, Las Nieves, Agusan Del Norte. No Person with Disability shall
engage in this position until she finished two years of her designation.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of resolution to concern agencies for their


information and guidance.
Unanimously adopted, by the body present this 7TH day of March 2025.
