do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That I am the accused/applicant in the above


noted matter and am well conversant with the
facts and circumstances of the present case.

2. That accompanying Application u/s 315 CRPC


new 353 BNSS has been drafted by my
instruction. Contents of the same have been
read over and understood by me in Vernacular
which are true and correct, the contents of the
same be read as part and parcel of present
application.
