company made were not being honest about how environmentally friendly the products were. She
told her boss about her concerns, but instead of listening to her, the company suspended her
(stopped her from working). Polina felt like she was being treated unfairly for speaking up and
decided to leave her job. Now, she is taking legal action against the company for treating her unfairly
and for not listening to her concerns.

because it allowed bullying to carry on.
