Dear Dr. Pacquing and Ma’am Quinagoran,

I hope this letter finds you well. I sincerely apologize for not being able to attend the Educ-
Aksyon! event. I truly value the opportunities and learnings that such events provide, and it was
never my intention to miss it. However, I had to prioritize attending the Educational Assistance
Program in Pallua Sur as it is a rare opportunity open to all students in our barangay. The
financial support offered through this program is essential for me to sustain my educational
needs, including materials and other academic expenses. Given its limited schedule and the
requirement for personal attendance, I had to make the difficult decision to be present at the
application process. I understand the importance of commitment to academic and extracurricular
engagements, and I regret any inconvenience my absence may have caused. Once again, I deeply
apologize for this and hope for your kind understanding. Thank you for your guidance and
support.

Respectfully,

Eula Clarise Macapia
