appeared through VC.
Fresh vakalatnama has been sent to the email ID of this court on behalf of
the violator.
1. The cognizance of the offence is already taken by the virtual court and
fine was proposed for summary disposal of case as per Section 208 of the Motor Vehicles
Act, 1988. The violator has exercised option to contest the challan on web portal of virtual
traffic for further adjudication as per law.
2. At this stage, accusation is explained to the violator in vernacular
language. Violator submits that he wishes to plead guilty for the offence u/s 112/183 of
Motor Vehicles Act of 1988. Violator is apprised about the consequences of pleading guilty.
Violator submits that he has understood the consequences and wishes to plead guilty.
3. Heard. Perused. Considered.
4. Keeping in view the plea of guilt of offence by the violator, violator is
convicted of offence u/s 112/183 of Motor Vehicles Act of 1988. Violator is sentenced to
pay a fine of Rs. 800/- and in default simple imprisonment of 7 days.
5. Violator is directed to pay the fine amount of Rs. 800/- on the web portal
of the court i.e. https://pay.ecourts.gov.in.
6. Ld. Counsel for the violator submits that online payment of the fine
amount has been paid by the accused.
7. Online payment of fine has been received for this Department ID
FDLST0220255380L and CNR No. DLST020037062025 dated 30.01.2025 for a sum of
Rs. 800/- and the same is updated in CIS as well. Accordingly, challan stand disposed off.
Order be uploaded on CIS.
8. Original Documents, if any, with the Traffic Circle be returned to the
rightful owner as per rules.
Challan is disposed off.
