Foreclosure Charges date. Part Prepayment will be allowed upto Twenty Five Percent of

General terms and Conditions

· Loan shall be disbursed only after satisfactory Verification reports as per Exclusive Leasing and Finance Private
Limited (Formerly known as Exclusive Leasing and Finance Ltd.) (ELFPL).

· The Loan shall be repaid by way of Equated Monthly Installments (EMI), which comprises of both principal and
interest component. Repayment commences from the month in which final disbursement of the loan is availed.This
interest on the amount disbursed is called Pre-EMI.
· The loan shall be disbursed by ELFPL in its absolute discretion and in such manner as may be considered
appropriate by ELFPL.
· The loan shall be secured by creation of security interest as may be considered appropriate by the Lender.
ELFPL shall have the right to decide the place, timing and type of security including manner and form of its
· ELFPL has a right to reduce the loan amount or withdraw the Loan Approved, if any adversity is found in of the
any documents provided after sanction of the loan.
· The Sanction Letter Shall be revoked or canceled and shall be null and void if
· Any statement made in the loan application is found to be incorrect or False /Misleading.
· There are material changes in the proposal for which the loan is sanctioned.
· Any material fact concerning your income or ability to repay the loan of any other relevant information which
may materially affect the proposal submitted in your loan application for the loan is withheld, suppressed,
concealed or not made known to ELFPL

· Processing fee shall be non-refundable, in case of revocation of the Sanction Letter for any reason as specified
above.
· ELFPL shall have at its discretion, the right to change/reset/revise the applicable charges, at any time and from
time to time as per its policy, if any. The new charges will be displayed on ELFPL website.
· The disbursement of Term Loan, if needed to be done in phases, shall be done as per stipulations of sanction
letter/disbursement schedule worked out. In case any amount remains pending after the expiry of the disbursement
period as worked out in the schedule, the same shall not be disbursed and the loan shall be reduced to the amount
already disbursed. Any change in the disbursement schedule, if required after sanction, is totally at the discretion of
the ELFPL.

· ELFPL shall be at liberty to take any action to recover the amount due to it, in case the borrower fails to repay the
due amount in time.
· ELFPL reserves the right to conduct search on web portal of CERSAI/any other authority as per extant internal
ELFPL guidelines.
· The Borrower and Guarantor(s) shall be deemed to have given their express consent to ELFPL to disclose the
information and data furnished by them to ELFPL and also those regarding the credit facility/ies enjoyed by
borrower, conduct of account and guarantee obligations undertaken by guarantors to the Credit Information Bureau
(India) Ltd.(“CIBIL”), or RBI or any other agency/agencies specified by RBI who are authorized to seek and publish
such information.

· You shall inform ELFPL in writing about the change in address, job, business, profession as the case may be
immediately after such change.
· You are prohibited from using the loan amount or any other part, thereof for any purpose other than for which it
has been sanctioned.
· In the event of default, ELFPL shall in its absolute discretion have the right to Attached off the security (Via
Concerned Legal Authority ) /property to be mortgaged / charged or already mortgaged / charged with ELFPL in
such manner as prescribed by ELFPL and agreed to by you to secure the loan/credit facilities on "As is where is"
basis with seeking the intervention of court of law and/or applying for foreclosure of the mortgage and / or initiating
any other legal action. ELFPL shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, to sell or dispose off the
security/property as your agent and attorney in the event of your default to repay the outstanding dues payable to
ELFPL as per terms and conditions of loan/credit facilities

· ELFPL will not accept any responsibility nor liability for any amount paid by customer to third party and any
Employee of ELFPL during the loan process
· ELFPL will not accept any Cash Dealing, Customer must not to pay any amount (Whether in Cash or otherwise) to
any third party or any employee of ELFPL to influence the Lone Sanction, ELFPL will not accept any responsibility
or liability.
· ELFPL may recevie Fees / prepay closure fees from the Insurance Company.

· In case of early closure/BT of the loan ELFPL will not be oblijed to return the pro rata insurance premium paid by
the client, if any waiver taken by the customer on charges including Bouncing fee, foreclosure charges etc.
