INDUSTRY GRAND EXPO 2025 is a professional trade show designed as a
strategic incubator for the industry in Algeria. This event brings together all
companies involved in the production chain, from the initial project conception
to the final product storage. It targets key industry players and decision-makers,
as well as entrepreneurs and project initiators.

IGE 2025 aims to create a comprehensive ecosystem that covers all stages of the
industrial process. This allows participants to showcase innovations,
technologies, and services available at each phase of production, providing a
holistic view of the entire industrial chain.

Under the theme "Innovation and Standardization: Algeria, an Industrial Hub,"

IGE 2025 is committed to injecting new dynamism into the adoption of
international standards across all production sectors.

Our ambition for this edition is to catalyze the creation of innovative projects and
support them towards standardization, thus facilitating their export. This is the
very essence of IGE and the reason for its inception.

We envision IGE 2025 as the starting point for several dozen promising industrial
projects through the "Kick Factory" workshop, along with large-scale projects
and/or upgrades of major structures incorporating new technologies presented
at the show.

We will also invite established Algerian industrial companies to participate in the

"ILHAM AWARD" ceremony, which aims to reward the most inspiring
industrialists. This will also be an opportunity to highlight their practices and
methods, allowing emerging companies to benefit from their experience.

Article 1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions of participation of the
Exhibitor in the Industry Grand Expo (IGE 2025), which will take place from October 27 to 30, 2025, at the Oran
Convention Center, in Oran, Algeria. IGE 2025 is organized by MOMENTUM SAS, located at 10 Rue de Penthièvre 75008
Paris France, registered at the TC of Paris under number 890797558 R.C.S. Paris, in partnership with AIR GROUP
ELDJAZAIR SARL, located at Quartier Al-Basatin, Section 32, Lotissement 12, Parcelle n°10, Commune de Bir Mourad
Raïs, Algiers, Algeria, registered at the CNRC Algiers under number 16/000993730B13. Article 2. REGISTRATION AND
ADMISSION Registration: Registration for the exhibition is valid only when the registration form is complete and
accepted by MOMENTUM. Registration does not confer any right of admission and is considered effective only upon
receipt and validation by the organizer. Any request for a specific location is considered based on availability but does
not guarantee a right to that location. Admission: The admission of exhibitors is not guaranteed and is subject to written
approval by MOMENTUM. The organizer may refuse or withdraw admission if it is based on incorrect information or
subsequent non-compliance. Admission is personal and non-transferable. Any condition added by the exhibitor to their
application is not binding on MOMENTUM. Article 3. PAYMENT TERMS Payment Terms: Full payment of the space fee
is required before the opening of the exhibition. Deposits paid are non-refundable. If payment is not made on time,
MOMENTUM reserves the right to reassign the space or prohibit participation. An unpaid balance may result in a right
of retention on the exhibited items. Registration Fees: Registration fees include various services such as the inclusion of
the exhibitor's contact details in the catalog, the issuance of badges, visitor invitation cards, and advertising costs. Article
4. GENERAL EXHIBITION PRINCIPLES Pre-Exhibition: Contractors responsible for the assembly of custom stands
must pay an access fee set as follows: - Up to 50 m² of stands: 50,000 DA - From 51 to 100 m² of stands: 100,000 DA - From
101 m² to 200 m² of stands: 150,000 DA - More than 200 m² of stands: 200,000 DA and this for each stand managed
and/or assembled by the contractor. Delivery vehicles may access the site from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with special
authorization required for additional hours. Carpentry work must be carried out in designated workshops, and the
height of stand partitions must not exceed 3 meters, except with written exemption. Exhibition Period: Exhibitors must
keep their stands open for the entire duration of the exhibition. Any excessive solicitation or advertising outside the
reserved spaces is prohibited unless carried out by agents contracted by MOMENTUM or its partners. Closing Period:
Samples may only be removed after the closing of the exhibition. Decoration must be dismantled and removed within
24 hours following the closing, under penalty of additional storage and security fees. Materials not removed after 24
hours will be considered abandoned. Article 5. PROMOTION AND ADVERTISING Restrictions: Exhibitors may not
place stickers, posters, or signs outside their stand, nor distribute brochures in the aisles or near entrances/exits without
prior authorization. Any promotional activity must be authorized by MOMENTUM. Article 6. INSURANCE Required
Insurance: Exhibitors must obtain insurance covering fire risks, civil liability, and work accidents for their personnel.
MOMENTUM recommends securing valuables and small items during opening hours. Liability: Exhibitors must
indemnify MOMENTUM for any loss or damage caused to the facilities or to third parties and provide proof of insurance
upon request by the organizer. Article 7. CANCELLATION After admission, participation and registration fees are due in
full, and no cancellation or reduction of space is accepted. Withdrawal: In the event of an exhibitor's withdrawal, the
total amount of registration fees remains due to the organizer. The restructuring of unused spaces does not release the
exhibitor from their financial commitments. Article 8. CANCELLATION FOR FORCE MAJEURE In the event of an
unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event making the holding of the Industry Grand Expo (IGE 2025) impossible or
substantially compromised, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, cancel or postpone the event, without any
compensation, indemnification, or refund being claimable by exhibitors. This provision applies particularly in cases of
natural disasters, health crises, conflicts, strikes, government decisions, or any other circumstance beyond the
reasonable control of the Organizer. If the economic viability of the event is compromised by an insufficient number of
exhibitors, the Organizer reserves the right to postpone the Exhibition to the following edition, with the sums paid being
automatically transferred without the possibility of refund. In the event of definitive cancellation, after settlement of
incurred costs, the remaining funds will be redistributed to exhibitors on a pro-rata basis of the amounts paid, without
any control or right of oversight over the allocation of expenses. The Organizer retains full management autonomy and
cannot be held responsible for the financial or commercial consequences of a postponement or cancellation. Article 9.
CATALOG Liability: MOMENTUM edits and publishes the catalog. Exhibitors are responsible for the information
provided for the catalog. MOMENTUM is not responsible for errors or omissions in the catalog. Article 10. SECURITY Fire
Safety: Fire safety devices must be visible and accessible. Flammable materials must be treated for fire resistance.
Exhibitor Liability: Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the site facilities. Necessary repairs will be
invoiced by MOMENTUM. Security: Security is provided only during closing hours. During opening hours, exhibitors are
responsible for their belongings. Article 11. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE Importation: The importation of samples and
materials is subject to the temporary admission regime. Article 12. DISPUTES Jurisdictional Competence: Disputes will
be submitted to the jurisdiction of Paris. Legal fees are increased by 15% with a minimum of €3,000. Article 13.
APPLICATION OF THE REGULATIONS Compliance: By signing their participation request, exhibitors accept the
regulations in force and any new provisions adopted by MOMENTUM for the proper conduct of the event.
