Jenny Hoyos is an incredible content creator who has recently made a name for herself in
the world of YouTube for all the right reasons.
In just 2 years, she was able to skyrocket her brand-new YouTube channel to 7 million
subscribers mainly with YouTube shorts.
And it makes sense. She was raised by entrepreneurial parents. She has three siblings. One
of her posts is a YouTube Shorts video about turning her brother's room into an Airbnb and

Derek Muller, or best know for creating the YouTube channel Veritasium, is an Australian-
Canadian YouTuber who loves teaching about science.
He started his channel by accident, after enrolling in a PhD in physics at the University of

During his PhD, he studied how his teaching videos affected the test scores of first-year
physics students.
But with 17 Million subscribers, his YouTube channel became one of the biggest science
channels on YouTube. Having videos regularly reach more than 2.5 million views just 2
days after their release.
Number 6: IShowSpeed
19-year old Darren Jason Watkins, widely know as Ishowspeed, has broken YouTube
records thanks to streaming on the platform.
However, Ishowspeed began his YouTube career uploading gameplays and tutorials about
popular game NBA 2K. He quickly gained popularity, and his videos have since earned him
over 34 million subscribers.
One of his most viral videos, is a clip posted of him meeting his hero Cristiano Ronaldo
that received over 100 million views.
Number 5: Marques Brownlee
The tech-savvy social media personality who is known for his impressive gadget reviews
on the MKBHD YouTube channel. He has earned over 19 million subscribers.
But as one of the most watched tech review channels, Marques hasn’t always been this
popular.
At 15 years old, he began his YouTube channel uploading videos about software and
gadgets. 10 years later, he interviewed Tesla founder and CEO Elon Musk.
Now, he has sold his own merchandise, including pillows and tees, on his MKBHD store.

It’s a channel founded by a group of friends who decided they wanted to do cool stuff.
They have easily amassed 60 million subscribers. And uniquely, their YouTube success has
taken them to bigger investment opportunities into a $100 million media empire.
Their trick shot videos were designed to easily go viral. But it’s all thanks to their high
production quality. They invested all their money in good editing and camera work, so it’s

Looking back at the history of YouTube, MrBeast has put on a true spectacle. With videos
reaching 100 million views on average, he is without a doubt the most popular YouTube
channel in the world.
Most people know him for his creative videos about challenges. But MrBeast has also
raised millions of dollars through his philanthropy channels planting trees, cleaning oceans,
and donating clothes. He’s recognized for videos where he gives away large sums of
money, like sponsoring cataract surgery for 1,000 people.
What MrBeast has done had never been done before. So soon, he might solidify his status
as a true legend in the YouTube hall of fame.
Number 1: Pewdiepie
Pewdiepie or Felix Kjellberg, held the title of most-subscribed channel four times in the
history of YouTube, including the longest time at 1,920 days.
He was a pioneer in the early days of YouTube, being one of the first YouTubers to ever
record his own commentary playing horror videogames.
Also added the fact that in YouTube he was referred to as the undisputed “king” of
YouTube. He takes the #1 spot because of his influence on YouTube history and how he
affected content creation for everyone.
