ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE SCHOOL AND STUDENT ADMITTED
E.P.C. Mawuko girls’ SHS focuses on serious academic work and maintains a high tone of DISCIPLINE. As a new
member of the school community, you will be expected to STUDY HARD AND COMPORT yourself well in the
school in order to fit adequately into the system and uphold the school’s image.
You are expected to work and maintain very high academic standard during the course of studies in the school in order
to excel in both semester examinations and WASSCE.
As a student, your performance in class exercises and semester examinations must not fall below the grading point
of CREDIT. It is therefore expected that you pass with at least CREDIT in FOUR CORE subjects and FOUR
ELECTIVE subjects in order to qualify into the next class. The Core Subjects include: ENGLISH LANGUAGE
MATHEMATICS (CORE) INTEGRATED SCIENCE
SOCIAL STUDIES
Class Attendance is an integral part of maintaining high academic standard in the school. It is therefore compulsory
for all students to be regular and punctual to class. You are expected to make the required class attendance of 95% in
each semester.
A first-year student (SHS 1) who fails two (2) core subjects and two (2) elective subjects in internal examination (fall
below average grade of credit pass) shall be referred to the counsellor in consultation with the parent/guardian for
remedial lessons/actions.
It is therefore incumbent on you to work assiduously to achieve the high academic goals set for the school.
This ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT between E.P.C Mawuko Girls’ SHS and myself, the undersigned
