BAR INSPECTION SYSTEM
The Bar Inspection System(BIS) is designed to be an easy-to-use solution for quality control of
black and bright bars in alloy steel plants.
This reliable and field proven system supports full volume inspection of round and square bars
using Phased Array UT and probes are integrated into a fully automated inspection line to
meet stringent quality control standards while maintaining productivity. This is based on a
unique “Floating Head” concept for a constant optimal positioning of probes; independent
of the straightness variations of the bars.

ERW PIPE INSPECTION SYSTEM
The high performance ERW Pipe Inspection System is designed to inspect various weld
defects in pipes using Conventional UT or Phased Array UT. The system achieves greater
efficiency and performance while meeting the industry standard for high throughput
inspection.
Blue Star E&E also offers off line Full body inspection of ERW pipes for detection of
delaminations in the pipe body.

L-SAW Pipes, majorly used in Oil & Gas industry. This multi-channel inspection system is
based on Conventional UT and available with high test speeds to match pipe mill throughput

H-SAW PIPE INSPECTION SYSTEM
H-SAW Pipe Inspection System is developed and delivered with conventional UT for
automated inspection of pipe weld seams in spiral welded pipes. Depending on pipe diameter
and coil thickness, the ultrasonic inspection system is designed with multiple channels and
multiple probes to inspect the weld defects.

SEAMLESS PIPE INSPECTION SYSTEM
Seamless Pipe Inspection System is designed for ultrasonic inspection of pipes using
Conventional UT or Phased Array UT. This high performance system is well adapted to the

COIL INSPECTION SYSTEM

CUSTOMISED IMMERSION SYSTEM

immersion tank ranging from small-sized immersion tanks to fully
automatic industrial scanners for different industrial and research
applications. These high-performance system tanks are
fabricated from heavy gauge stainless steel to withstand the
