W. SEVERABILITY

unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity and
enforcement of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or
prejudiced in any manner whatsoever.
X. GOVERNING LAW
98. This Terms shall be subject to, governed by and construed in
accordance with laws of the Philippines and the prevailing laws or
regulatory requirements or any other provisions or restrictions that
may be imposed upon the Bank from time to time by the Bangko
Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) or such other authority having jurisdiction
over the Bank.
99. The parties hereto agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts of Taguig City, Philippines.
100. The rights and remedies herein provided are cumulative and not
exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
