After the 1st ch of a first 3ch-sp, remove hook from loop and insert hook in a opposite 3ch-sp of a a fin-
ished motif, pick up loop again and pull through, work 2nd ch (= forming a slst), continue working in pat-
tern until 2nd ch of 5ch-sp, remove hook from loop once more and insert hook in 5ch-sp (next to joined
3ch-sp) of finished motif, pick up loop again and pull through, work 3rd ch and continue in pattern, while
joining next 5ch-sps and 3ch-sps along the sides of the ‘triangle’. The 5ch-sp in the corners of the ‘trian-

All 71 motifs are joined together as-you-go in the 5ch-sp as follows:
Remove hook after every 2nd ch of the 5ch-sp and insert hook in corner 5ch-sp of motif A, pick up loop
again and pull through, work 3rd ch (= forming a slst), continue working in pattern until 2nd ch of next
5ch-sp, repeat previous steps until all 5ch-sp are joined.
