We, Jhon Ashley Escobido, Jhanina Mae Arizo, Xian Rhiane Milcah Luvidice, Justine Samones, Earl John
Rafael and Beatrice Alodia Espinosa is currently conducting a research project with a working title: The
Effects of Work Immersion on the Skill Development of Grade 12 HUMSS Students in Taytay Senior High
School, would like to request permission to conduct research through survey questionnaire. Our
prospect are from Taytay Senior High School.

We understand that as a researchers we have the responsibility to uphold the ethics in research such as
the anonymity of the respondents and consent of the participants shall be sought. Hence, only willing
students will be included in list for interview and focus group discussion.
