We follow stringent norms on quality of products and ensure that our customers experience the best in
class product. We are the only company that undertakes monthly hygiene audits on vending machines at
selective metro cities. These visits/checks are made through our hygiene agency on overall hygiene
maintenance & also to train the designated staff on machine handling & cleanliness.We are also the only
company in India to produce Vending premixes in our own state of the art factory.

NestléVending – Route to Market:
In order to provide our customers not only with the best in quality products but also the highest quality of
services, our ‘Nestlé appointed Vending Distributors’ will be handling the supply & servicing for your
account on one to one basis. This is done under supervision of Nestlé, in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the existing vending distributor contract signed and executed between Nestlé and the
authorized vending distributors in India.
Our vending distributors have the knowledge to provide services specific to the nature of your
organizations:
 Timely supply of products basis confirmed orders and frequency.
 Installation of vending machines within given timelines
 Standardized Machines, Beverage Serve Size (ml) and Product Grammage
 Regular Servicing and Maintenance of Vending Machines

Quick supply of stocks and repair of vending machine as & when required.

At Nestlé, we have a wide range of machines that is custom made to fit the requirements of every
corporate organization.
At consumption points this vending machines would be the ideal one as the consumer are inclined for TEA
and COFFEE, which can dispense specialty products such as – Lemon Tea, Coffee, and Tea. And mentioned
products can also be dispensed from the machine as per the liking or demand.

Please note:
 We'll also help you optimize product selections to stay within the organization's budget and yet
meet your beverage needs
 For instance we can adjust the Serve Size basis your requirement.
 Our authorized vending distributor will also supply branded beakers as per your requirement.
NESCAFE branded paper beakers @ 0.85 per unit, non-printed polystyrene food grade breakers @
0.65 per unit.
 Beakers will be billed as per actuals supplied during the month and are inclusive of GST.
 The rates mentioned in this quote are basis current rates and may change, products will be
Charged as per prevalent rates at the time
Training of the Operators:
All the operators of the machines from your side will be trained on operation of the machines and Quality
and Hygiene front from us.
Details of our Agreement (Terms & Conditions):

 Our Authorized Distributor will be responsible for Installation, Supply of Premixes, Servicing and
Maintenance of Vending Machine. However, we will be responsible for the overall activity and
quality of Coffee/Tea served.
 In view of the investment made by Nestlé in purchase and maintenance of the machine and
placing the same at the outlet, the operator agrees not to terminate this Agreement for a period
of minimum one year.
 After One year, this agreement will be in effect indefinitely until either party terminates the
agreement by giving 45 days’ notice to the other side.
 These Nescafe Branded Vending Machines are hygienic, tamper proof & will provide you with
consistent quality, cup after cup.
 Orders to be made by your units directly to our authorized distributors. Deliveries would be made
within 02 working day from receipt of order.
 Payments to be made within 10-12 days of receipt of invoice.
 However, there is a security deposit to be made of Rs.10,000, refundable at the time of pull out.
 Lock-in period for the machine is 6 months from the date of installation.
 Supplies will only be made when there is a ZERO previous outstanding or dues.
 Preventative Maintenance Service, inclusive of any spare part replacement, if required, would be
done by our authorized service personnel without any additional charges.
 No Installation Charges would be charged for these machines Pan India.
 For the installation of external devices, if any, cost to borne by the customer only.
 These rates quoted are basis current rates, and your organization will be charged only as per
prevailing rates.

Requirement from your side:

 Adequate Space/Tables to place the vending machines.

 Single phase or three-phase power connection of 15 amps (4 KVA) for each Vending Machine.
 Good quality bubble top (packaged drinking water) to be provided for the Vending Machines.
