VinGroup Corporation - a company founded in 1993 in Ukraine, is
currently the largest company in Vietnam. The predecessor of VinGroup is
Technocom Group. In the early 2000s, Technocom returned to Vietnam and
began to focus on investing in real estate and tourism with two famous brands,
Vinpear and Vincom. Vincom Joint Stock Company and Vinpear Joint Stock
Company officially merged and operated under the group model called
VinGroup Corporation in January 2012. VinGroup's business philosophy is
closely linked to the goal of becoming a leading company in the fields of
technology, industry, trade and services in Vietnam.
VinGroup's strategic business philosophy was created by Mr. Pham
Nhat Vuong - Chairman of the Group. Mr. Vuong always maintains his
business philosophy: "My goal is to make life better. It doesn't matter how
much property you own, the important thing is to make it beautiful and help
change the face of the country a little. Of course, this strategy is to create more
profit so that you can continue to build. So any real estate with a good price
will be sold immediately, to have money to build another one. The main
business strategy of VinGroup Corporation is the real estate and trade - service
sectors.
VinGroup is currently maintaining its position as the largest private
company in Vietnam with a market capitalization of approximately 15 billion
USD. For the main key areas, during the training and development process up
to now, the group's main income still comes from the real estate sector. This is
also the area known as the "goose that lays the golden eggs" and is the main
development driving force of VinGroup Corporation.
