Password Requirements

with the PC (System Loader and Station Manager load), you should be able to change back to a Domain.
Some network Domains will check the PC for user accounts that don’t meet their security requirements
(i.e. Six character password of mts_rt account) and delete the account. Once the MTS controller is
rebooted it will not be able to log onto the PC and the above Work Group steps will have to be
performed again. It is up the network Administrator to allow the use of the six character password on
their network.

Persistent Route (Needed for multiple processor systems only, mostly FlexTest IIm’s).
Note: The network card must have a successful link to the controller or the persistent route addition will fail.
The Test PC program will not detect this failure.
1) From an MSDOS window type “route –p add 148.150.204.0 mask 255.255.255.0 148.150.203.191”.
