2 Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (MSIL) and its authorized dealer(s) reserve the right to terminate, discontinue, postpone, cancel or prolong the campaign and offers at their
discretion.

3 The offers are valid at Maruti Suzuki Workshops only.

4 The complimentary vehicle health check wherever applicable means that only status of cost. However, if any corrective action is
required to be taken to rectify the defect/damage found during vehicle health check, it will be chargeable to customer. These charges will include the price of part, labor
charges and applicable taxes.

5 All terms and conditions as mentioned in availing services for Maruti On Road Support, Maintenance Cost Protect, Extended War , Maruti Care
App and Maruti Suzuki official website, www.marutisuzuki.com are applicable.

6 The Terms and Conditions contained herein all constitute a binding agreement on the Customer and shall be governed by laws of India.

7 In all matters / disputes arising out of this Campaign and Terms and Conditions contained herein, the competent Courts in Delhi alone shall have the exclusive
jurisdiction to the exclusion of all other Courts.
