That I, Purnima Goel W/o. Mr. Anand Goel, R/o Plot No.-67 First Floor, Pandav
Nagar, Delhi - 110092, here-in do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1. That I am well conversant with the facts and circumstances of the present case
and thus competent to swear the present affidavit.
2. That I am the legal owner of the freehold property located at Plot No. 67,
Main Road, Opp. Mother Dairy, Pandav Nagar, Delhi – 110092, Khasra No.
3/1/52 of Village Gharonda, Neem Ka Bangar, Delhi being the legal heir of
my great grand-mother Late Smt. Shanti Devi W/o. Late Lala Om Prakash and
being in unhindered possession of the property since 1992.
3. That the contents of accompanying application and other documents have been
drafted by my counsel under my instructions and the same are true to my
knowledge and the same may kindly be read as part of this Affidavit being not
repeated herein for the sake of brevity.

Verified at New Delhi, 21th Day of March, 2025 that the contents of my above
affidavit are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and no material facts and
circumstances have been concealed therefrom.
