CAM WORKER DAILY DUTY CHECKLIST

All Day Responsibilities:

 Greet guests entering the food hall and assist them with any questions or concerns they
may have.
 Assist guests who may have questions about how to order on the Kiosks or on the QR codes.
 Expedite orders from the ghost kitchen to the guests in the food hall.
 Expedite delivery orders from the ghost kitchen to the pickup area located by the entrance of the food hall.
 Assist guests in removing leftover trays, and trash once they are finished eating. This courtesy can help
bring repeat customers!
 Wipe down tables and chairs after the use of each guest, customers appreciate eating in a clean space.
 Assist customers with to-go bags, boxes, utensils, etc. if asked.
 Take metal trays down to the kitchen to be washed and redistributed to vendors.
 Empty trash cans once they become full and wipe down receptacle if there are visible signs of soil.
 Re-stock out-of-stock items in areas throughout the food hall.
 Ensure guest bathrooms are clean and well stocked.

AM Checklist: Date:

[ ] Sweep the floor in the main dining area.

[ ] Remove the chairs from the table tops

[ ] Wipe down all tabletops

[ ] Restock napkin holders, straws, and cups in main dining area

[ ] Replace Liners in all of the trash cans

[ ] Clean bathrooms and restock

[ ] Set out chairs outside (weather permitting)

[ ] Ensure loading dock has been opened/open loading dock

[ ] Clean in community kitchen

PM Check List:

[ ] Clean in the community kitchen

[ ] Lock up the chairs from the patio

[ ] Restock napkin holders, straws, and cups in main dining area

[ ] Clean bathrooms and restock

[ ] Take out trash, wipe down all receptacles, clean inside of all bins

[ ] Place chairs on top of all tabletops

[ ] Sweep and mop in main dining area

[ ] Ensure loading dock is closed/close loading dock
