Patty Mung Burger

The Delish Burger got its name from the word di'lish an informal term derived from
the word delicious. Our company came up with the idea to ensure and to provide
good quality and healthy product that made from munggo since San Mateo is
known as the "Munggo Capital" of the Philippines.

The Logo:

Objectives: "Mung Burger made tastier" its mission is simply to achieve the
business goal. To ensure good quality and delicious mungo veggie patty
that customer can bring home and share with their family, friends and love
ones.
The business was primarily concerned with the production of good, this will
help the customer to satisfy their want in tasting new flavored burger patty.
There are numerous brands of burger patty.
Munggo Patty
The Project's Objective:
"To develop and produce a delicious, nutritious, and
commercially viable Munggo Patty that showcases the
potential of mung beans as a sustainable protein source, while
promoting Filipino cuisine and supporting local farmers."
Munggo Patty
Ingredients:
✅ 1 cup mung beans (munggo), soaked overnight and drained
✅ 1 small onion, finely chopped
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 small carrot, grated
✅ 1 egg (or flaxseed egg for vegan option)
✅ ¼ cup all-purpose flour (or breadcrumbs)
✅ ½ teaspoon salt
✅ ½ teaspoon black pepper
✅ ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
✅ ½ teaspoon soy sauce (optional for extra umami)
✅ 2 tablespoons cooking oil (for frying)
How to Make Munggo Patty
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Mung Beans
Soak the mung beans in water overnight (8-12 hours) to soften them.
Drain and rinse the beans.
Blend or mash them until they form a coarse paste. You can add a little water if
needed, but keep the mixture thick.

In a bowl, combine the mung bean paste, chopped onion, garlic, grated carrot, egg,
