Passion-To-Profit Accelerator Pro
Worksheet 3
Define your “WHY” (A
mandatory pre-requisite to build a
successful business)
Passion-to-Profits Accelerator Pro Worksheet
Turn Your Passion into a
Profitable Business!
Have you ever started something full of excitement and then a week later you
don’t even remember that thing?
You fall off track and find yourself in the same situation as always.
But have you ever thought about why that happens?
One of the reasons it happens is because you don’t really know where exactly
you want to go.
Mind you, knowing your goal is not the same thing as defining it concretely.
Sure, you may know you wanna build a business but what does it even look like
to be there?
How does it feel?
That’s what this worksheet is all about.
Let us help you audit your current state and define where you want to be in a
year.
How to use this worksheet:
Be honest: Assess where you currently are right now in your life in terms
of the 4 types of freedom we discussed in the video.
Be specific: Write where you want to be clearly and be as specific as you can.
Eg, instead of saying “I want to be financially free,” get more specific like “I
want to be able to buy things without looking at the price tag”
Vision board: Create a small vision board that can include pictures or quotes
that represent where you want to be in a year.
So! Are you ready???
Let’s get into this.
STEP 1
Time Freedom
How much time freedom do you currently
enjoy?
Some questions to help you answer that:
How much time do you dedicate to work?
How much control do you have over your time right now?
How satisfied are you with how you spend your time?
Current state:
I spend around 30–35 hours per week on household responsibilities and
child care, including cooking, cleaning, helping with schoolwork, and
managing schedules for the kids.
Future Pacing
(where do you want to be):
Some questions to help you answer this:
What does time freedom mean for you?
Is it working for a few hours?
Is it having more time to spend with friends and family and with
yourself?
Or is it being able to work whenever you want to?
What does your ideal week look like?
Desired state:
Ideal situation for me would be to have consistent work without
overcommitting, leaving me with space to manage other aspects of life.
Location Freedom
How free are you to travel to different
places?
Consider these scenarios to answer the above question:
Can you easily travel and live in different places or do you feel stuck
where you are?
Do you need to ask your boss and take leave to plan a trip?
Do you have the liberty to plan any trip at any time?
Current state:
Right now, my ability to travel depends on coordinating with my family and
ensuring that everything is in place at home for the trip.
Future Pacing
(where do you want to be):
A question you may ask yourself to answer this:
What is your perception of location freedom?
Do you wish to be able to work from anywhere and anytime from any
region in the world?
Desired state:
Location freedom would give me the power to explore, both professionally
and personally, without compromising family life or the need to be present
at home.
Financial Freedom
How much financial freedom do you have
right now?
A few questions to help you answer that:
Does your income exceed your current expenses?
How much freedom do you have to spend your money the way you
want?
Are your expenses mostly fixed?
Current state:
At the moment, we rely on my partner’s income, and while we manage
expenses well, there isn’t a lot of extra money left after covering bills, family
needs, and savings. So, technically, my income doesn’t exceed our
household expenses, but we balance things through careful budgeting.
What does financial freedom look like for you?
A couple of questions you may ask yourself:
Is it reaching a certain income level?
Is it being able to buy anything you want?
Desired state:
Financial freedom for me is not just about spending money on myself and
my family., but also about being in a position where I can make a
meaningful difference for the underprivileged.
Authority Freedom
How much freedom do you have to make
your own decisions?
A few questions you may ask yourself here:
How much control do I have in deciding what I want to work on? How
much freedom do I have to create a schedule of my choice where I get
to do things I want to do?
Current state:
While I do have control over smaller decisions, such as how I spend my
time at home or what I cook for dinner, larger life decisions often involve
collaboration with my partner and family.
What does authority freedom mean to you?
A couple of questions you may ask yourself:
Is it being your own boss?
Is it about being able to control what you want to do with your time?
Is it to be a team leader and make an impact?
Desired state:
In the future, I want to be my own boss, with the freedom to choose projects
and set my own schedule through freelancing, entrepreneurship, or remote
work. This would allow me to have control over my time, balancing family,
personal goals, and passions, while also giving me the opportunity to
dedicate time to social causes.
That was quite some exercise!
Once you are done till here, it’s time to create
the vision board.
STEP 2
Create a vision board
Research shows that people who write down their goals are 42% more
likely to achieve them.
And at Kaabil we want you to increase every single chance of you
achieving your goals.
That’s why it’s crucial you write your goals down so that you can look at
them every single day.
So here’s what you need to do:
Review the goals you wrote in the desired section above
Find pictures relevant to your goals for eg: if you want to have your own
office find a picture of an office you like and put it in a collage on your
phone or print it out and place it in your diary
Create a physical or digital vision board (on Canva)
Look at it every single day so you never get off track
What’s next?
Share your vision board with the community (if you feel comfortable) and don’t
forget to look at it every single morning.
Why?
It helps your brain know the direction it needs to go in and think about
It’s all proven and tested mind sciences philosophy that you can verify.
P.S. FEEL FREE TO SHARE YOUR VISION BOARD WITH ME AS WELL VIA EMAIL.
I WOULD LOVE TO SEE IT.
