Welcome to ‘’Offer Is King 👑
’’. In this video, we are going to quickly revisit why the offer you
are using is the most important thing; when it comes to actually generating real-world
‘’results’’ from your inbound systems.
Prospects might consume your stuff religiously, but without a ‘’irresistible’’ offer to actually
get them over the line to schedule an appointment or buy our products & services, there's
not really a point. I can confidently say that 50% of our success comes from just having
really good/irresistible offers.

Why Offer Is King 👑
The reason that we FOCUS so much on offer creation even when creating & using inbound
systems is the offer will ALWAYS be the deciding factor before prospects make a decision
whether to take action on something or not, I like to call it ‘’The Final Gatekeeper’’.
This is not to say that you 100% NEED a good irresistible offer to grow a business to $1
Million/YR for example however it does make it 10 times easier.
The end goal of Inbound at its CORE is simply an organic way of presenting our offer to as
many eyeballs (impressions) in our target market as possible. The more irresistible our offer,
the higher the total conversion on those eyeballs. This also means you need FEWER
eyeballs to scale!

IA’s 6 Pillars 🏛💰
Client acquisition (converting a human from stranger to client) requires 6 things:
a) Drive - an unconscious driving force of human behaviour, the core & root reason for
taking an action or making a decision (to get or escape something)
b) Goal - a future situation they want to live in, manifest, or see come true
c) Problem - an obstacle standing in the way of them achieving their goal
d) Pain - an unpleasant feeling or emotion created by the problem they are facing
e) Action - mental decisions & physical behaviour taken to alleviate pain
f) Confidence - having faith, belief & trust in someone (or a company) to solve problems
Rule Number 1 🥇⛳️
Rule 1 of client acquisition: focus on the 6 pillars.
Rule 2 of client acquisition: don’t forget rule 1.
Client acquisition is simply:
a) Understanding & leveraging their core drives
b) Recognising their goal - a desired future state someone has
c) Defining & understanding the obstacles to said desired state
d) Creating & recognising pain created by the problem
e) Eliciting decisions and actions that alleviate pain created by problems
f) Building confidence in the person’s perception of your ability to solve
All 6 of these things are required to acquire a client (convert a stranger into a customer).

● Avoid vague offers. You either stand out or you hide behind the masses. Make your
offer specific and keep yourself accountable for the result you promise to your clients.
This is the formula that attracts the masses.
● Good Offers are for your client. Don’t try to sell things you want to sell, sell things
your clients want to buy. Always ask yourself: ‘’is this offer good for me or for the
client?’’
● Focus on the end result + the end result should align with your clients goals
● Keep it action-focused
● It should be easily understood & repeated
○ Example: We help gym owners get 100 appointments in 90 days or we don’t
get paid a penny + will give $5000 for wasting your time
● Reverse engineer the latent conditions of your market: ‘’To get X You need to do X for
X amount of time’’
● It needs to be Focused On: ‘’One Person & One Problem’’
● Unique: Cut through the noise
● Timeline: Outcome Will Happen In X Amount Of Time
● An Irresistible Offer: is a trade in which the value greatly outweighs the cost or risk
● The Perfect Offer is something that is completely aligned with not only your goals but
also your clients goals
● Your offer needs to be a ‘’no brainer’’ to sign up. The potential gain should greatly
outweigh the risk.
● The more saturated your niche, the better your offer has to be.
● Set expectations right away. A client should know exactly what they're getting
themselves into and what result they're going to see and what they have to do.
● Good offers can only exist around good products & services
● A crazy good offer will beat 100+ testimonials any day of the week
