stand up straight, remove any tight clothing,

and wrap a tape measure around the fullest


part of your chest

wrap a measuring tape

around the base of your neck,

Place the tape measure halfway between


your ribs and hip bone, just above
your belly button. slide tape down and measure at the widest point around the buttocks

start at the middle of your shoulder

and measure down here. place the measuring tape at the highest point of your shoulder.

straight line from the shoulder to the armpit

wrap a measuring tape snugly around the widest part of your upper arm

use a tape measure to find the circumference
