Terms & Conditions:


• Rs 30/- per sft will be applicable for copper piping
• Rs 100/- per sft will be applicable for Internal Facing units
• Applicable GST is to be paid along with every milestone.
• Additional eligible Car Parking’s if any shall be chargeable at an additional cost.
• EMV Provision charges are additional.
• Other terms and conditions shall be applicable as per the Booking Application Form.
• Registration and GST as per actual (All taxes and tax rates are subject to change as per the Govt
rules/laws from time to time).
• Payment schedule may vary from tower to tower. Can be provided upon request.
• TDS under Section 194-IA is applicable with each milestone payment, if the Agreement value is greater than
or equal to Rs.50 Lakhs.
