BACKGROUND:-
In the development of modern web applications, creating a user-friendly and efficient E-
commerce platform can be a complex task. Managing essential features such as a shopping cart,
providing real-time feedback, and ensuring seamless user experience across multiple devices
require a robust and systematic approach. Without an efficient system in place, users may
experience frustration and dissatisfaction, leading to a decline in user engagement.
Traditionally, web development has relied on basic methodologies and frameworks that often
result in inefficient state management and poor responsiveness. These approaches are prone to
errors and lack the scalability needed for modern E-commerce platforms. As a result, there's a
growing need for innovative solutions that leverage advanced web technologies to enhance user
experience and ensure smooth functionality.
SCOPE OF WORK:-
The scope of work for this web development project, focused on creating an E-commerce
application, includes the following tasks and deliverables:
• Website Design: Develop a custom website design that is responsive and aligns with
modern web design principles.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content to support the E-commerce
functionality.
• Website Development: Implement the approved design using React and Redux, ensuring
best practices in web development.
• Role Selection Criteria: Implement functionalities to manage user roles, allowing for
differentiated access and capabilities within the application.
OBJECTIVES :-
The primary objectives for this E-commerce web application project include:
• Implementing a Functional Shopping Cart: Provide users with a seamless experience
in adding, viewing, and removing items from their shopping cart.
• Ensuring Responsiveness: Develop a responsive design that delivers a consistent user
experience across various devices.
• Enhancing User Experience: Utilize real-time feedback mechanisms, such as
notifications, to keep users informed of their actions.
• Improving State Management: Employ Redux for efficient and centralized state
management to ensure the application is scalable and maintainable.
• Enhancing Accountability: Through robust development practices, ensure that the
platform can be monitored and maintained effectively, allowing for continuous
improvement and user satisfaction.
