eCommerce, also known as electronic commerce, is the marketing of goods and services, and

every transaction done online involves a seller and a buyer. The term e-commerce mainly refers
to the sales of physical products on the internet. Still, one can also describe it as any
commercial activity done on the internet. Individuals can perform these commercial activities on
laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other intelligent devices. (Gabrielyan, 2021)

The "Buy Now, Pay Later" system, commonly known by its acronym BNPL, offers customers
the option to receive a product or service immediately and pay for it in small installments over
time, all without any additional fees or overcharges. This payment method has rapidly gained
traction in recent times, effectively nudging customers to make a purchase even if they can't
afford the full amount upfront. (Bennett, 2023)

Spending behavior is disbursing money in response to an action, an environment, or a person

to satisfy needs and wants (Llona, 2022)

Spending Behavior is the way you manage your money and make decisions about what to
buy, how much to spend, and when to spend. It is influenced by many factors, such as your
income, your needs, your wants, your values, your emotions, your habits, your environment,
and your social influences. (FasterCapital,2024)

Saving habits are regarded as a factor that influences an individual’s financial management. In
simplest terms, a saving habit is the integration of a future needs perspective, a saving decision,
and an action of saving. (Mat Nawi et al., 2021).

College student means an individual who is a full-time or a part-time student attending an

institution of higher education. (Legal Information Institute, n.d.).
