Statement of Purpose
I am Hamza Riaz, a determined and aspiring individual from Okara, Punjab,
Pakistan. My family comprises five members, including my father, mother, and
siblings. My father pursues business endeavors while my mother manages our home.
Currently, I hold the position of "Assistant Project Manager" at KSE Electrical
Industries (Pvt) Ltd, a role I've been dedicated to since 2021. Having completed my
Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Punjab in 2020,
I've applied for a Master of Business Administration (Global) at the University of
Newcastle in Australia. My passion for Management and Operations drove my
decision to pursue this master’s degree. Recognizing the crucial importance of
management expertise in the functioning of enterprises and their contribution to the
economy, I am convinced, based on my research, that Australia houses the finest
institutes for management-related studies, reflected in its GDP of about $1.68
Trillion.
In this program, I will be delving into various courses, totaling 160 units,
encompassing both core and advanced subjects. Among these, some notable ones
include Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship, Global Financial
Management, Digital and Social Media Analytics, Health Economics and Finance, as
well as Cross-Cultural Management.
I chose the University of Newcastle in Australia due to its global reputation and
prime location in Newcastle City. Australia's renowned education system and
multicultural setting were pivotal in my decision. The university's emphasis on
practical industry exposure aligns with my aspirations, ensuring a comprehensive
learning experience.

Once I finish my Master's degree, I plan to become a Global Management
Consultant. In this role, I'll help companies succeed in other countries by studying
how they work and suggesting ways they can do better. Consultants like me can
focus on different parts of a business like making things, selling them, delivering
them, buying stuff, managing people, or handling supply chains. My dad, Riaz
Hussain, is supporting me by paying for my education. I've found lots of job options
in Europe, the Middle East, and the USA related to what I've studied. I'll start my
career in a big company in those places to learn more about how things really work.
And of course, I'll make sure to follow all the rules for my student visa subclass 500.
Kind Regards,
Hamza Riaz
