 Milk and Cheese : These foods make our bones strong


so we can run,jump,and have fun!

Eating Unhealthy Foods

 Sugary Treats: Like candy,chocolates,cookies,cakes,


and cookies

 Fatty Foods: like fried foods, oily pork, oily chicken,


street foods,burgers.They’re tasty but too much can
make us feel inactive and heavy .

 Sugary Drinks: Like soda, sweet tea, cobra drink, sting


drink.

Good for health : eating a lot of fruits, vegetables it help us
to keep healthy and strong.

Prevents Diseases: Eating healthy foods prevent many


health problems like

 Heart Disease: it makes our heart strong and help us


have good blood flow

 Diabetes : it helps our bodies to maintain a blood


sugar

 Cancers : it helps us to protect from any types of


cancer.
Unhealthy Foods Affects your Health

Not Good for us: Eating too many sugary treats, fatty
foods, and sugary drinks can make us sick.

Causes Diseases: Eating unhealthy foods can cause health


problems like:

 Weight Gain and Obesity : These unhealthy foods


have a lots of calories that make us gain weight.

 Heart Disease: It can make our hearts weak an


increase the risk of heart Disease.

 Diabetes: it can make our bodies weak due to lots of


blood sugar.

 Some Cancers: it can increase the risk of getting some


types of cancer.

To remain a healthy habits you should:

 Choose Good Snacks: Lets pick healthy snacks at


school, like fruits, vegetables, or instead of soda
choose water to drink.

 Eat Balanced Meals: Lets try to eat a little bit of


everything - fruits,vegetables,milk,and plenty of

 Always Say No to Unhealthy Treats: Say no to


unhealthy foods like sugary drinks and chocolates
and candies.

Eating healthy foods it gives our bodies a super power to


fight off sickness.

Eat healthy foods most of the time and have treat like
chocolates ,candies, burgers, fatty foods sometimes.

Too much of unhealthy foods can make us gain decease


so eat healthy and live healthy.

F. Develop Mastery leads to Formative Activity 1: The Teacher will present some pictures. Then
Assessment #3 the students will going to put pictures on the board on
where they belong its either in the healthy or unhealthy
food.

I. Evaluating Learning Activity2: The Teacher will read 5 questions and all you
need to do is to identify its either Healthy or Unhealthy. If
you think the question is Healthy you can put letter
H(Healthy)and if not, you can put letter UH(Unhealthy).
Write your answer in a 1 whole sheet of paper

1. Princess always drinks a plenty of water.

2. Izzy doesn’t like vegetables.

3. My friend prefers to eat fruits than chocolates.

4. Eating Vegetables, Fruits, and milk can make us strong.

5.Eating Pizza, burgers, and fries are good for health.

J. Additional activities for application Assignment.

Instruction: Draw 3 healthy foods that you find in your


home, draw it in a long bond paper.
