We are pleased to present EGGER Particle Boards Material Cabinets - (German Origin) proposal for your
kitchen project requirements. The succeeding pages have the details of the kitchen, design and layout for
final approval. We have worked on all the aspects of this project in great attention, and an early
confirmation of this order will help us in planning henceforth to assure your kitchen is ready on the
agreed time.

✓ Base Cabinets Dimensions: 60 cm Deep & 78 cm Height

Scope of Work Supply and Installation of Kitchen cabinets, accessories, appliances, sink
(As per agreed scope)

Delivery Time 4-6 Weeks from date of Final Measurements that will be taken when the
site is complete ready with full tile finish with 40% advance payment.

Exclusion Electrical, Plumbing, Civil works, Hood ducting work and any related
structural works.

Payment Terms 40% in advance upon contracting. Remaining 60% of contract value to be
paid at least two days before the fixation.

Warranty 10 years ‘warranty for all aluminum works. 5 year’s warranty for Egger
Doors. Warranty covers any manufacturing defect. No warranty for
Breakage.
Appliances & Accessories if any, are warranted by the main supplier for a
period of 1 year.
