BUYERS ACCOUNT: Title Transfer Tax, Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax,
Notarial Fees, other incidental and miscellaneous expenses.
AGENTS COMMISSION Five percent (5%) at sellers account.
REMARKS: That notwithstanding the expiration of this authority, you shall be
entitled to your commission and overprice incase your buyer whom you
previously brought or registered with us buys the property even after
the expiration of his authority. In case any earnest money shall be
forfeited through the fault of buyer, the same shall be divided equally
between us.
