Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our
Human Resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for
overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes,
including recruitment, employee relations, performance management,
training, compliance, and policy development. The ideal candidate will
play a key role in developing a positive organizational culture and
supporting strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
     Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with
      overall business goals
     Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job
      postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
     Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting
      a positive work environment
     Ensure legal compliance with local, provincial/state, and federal HR
      regulations and labor laws
     Design and oversee performance management systems, including
      goal setting, reviews, and feedback
     Coordinate training and development programs to enhance
      employee skills and career growth
     Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee
      handbook
     Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to management
     Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures in
      collaboration with the finance department
     Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
     Support disciplinary and termination processes when necessary,
      ensuring fairness and adherence to legal standards
     Organize employee engagement activities and internal
      communication initiatives
Qualifications:
     Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
      related field (Master’s preferred)
     Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role (5+ years
      preferred)
     Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
     Experience with HR software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, Workday)
     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
     Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
     High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
