skills because it play crucial roler in shaping individuals and

Teaching in a local i like most because it helps preserve and promote
local knowledge,traditions and language that are unique to a particular
region or community .By integrating local history,heritage and
practices into the curriculum,educators can ensure that valuable
cultural assets are passed down to future generations.

Teachers are always developing because education is a dynamic field
that recquires continous learning reflection ,adaptation, and personal
growth. By embracing a growth mindset and engaging in professional
development, we can enhance our teaching practices and provide the
best possible education for our student.

Answer:
Teaching local knowledge,values,culture 21st century skills and
international developments ,equips students with a well-rounded
education ,preparing them to be active and engaged citizens in thier
local communities and the global society.

Answer:
I am teaching in San Agustin N orte Elementary School at San Agustin
Norte ,Tandag City ,Surigao del Sur since year 2004.I like the learning
environment because we can move free with fresh.

Answer:
I consider myself as glocal teacher because bieng a glocal teacher
combines that benefits of global awareness and local relevance. It
promotes a global perspective ,cultural,sensitivity,inclusitivity, and
the development of 21st century skills among students .By embracing a
glocal approach,teachers can prepare students to be active and
engaged gobal citizens who are equipped to make positive impact in
thier local and global communities.
